The Chef, Frédéric Paquette

Frédéric Paquette is the chef of the restaurant of the Hôtel du Château. Since the beginning, he has put his know-how and passion at the service of a succulent and cosmopolitan cuisine. The result of his extensive experience around the world and in all four corners of France, but also in contact with the greatest chefs. He likes to revisit our traditional cuisine to awaken your senses and your childhood memories.

The timetables

Book your table, on the terrace or in the dining room. In high season, we are open every day, from 11:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. and from 6:30 p.m. to 9:30 p.m.. In low season, we open the doors of our hotel-restaurant in Beynac from 12 p.m. to 2 p.m., but also from 7 p.m. to 8:30 p.m..
